2 Year Workmanship Waranty

Your cultured marble products and any other of our services are manufactured and completed under the highest standards of quality and workmanship. Cultured Marble Customs warrants to the original consumer purchaser that our cultured marble material will be crack free and leak free during normal domestic use for a period of 2 years. If the cultured marble material should develop a crack or leak during this time, CMC will provide free of charge the material and labor necessary to put the cultured product back into good condition.

CMC warrants all other aspects of your cultured product material and installation to be free from defects for two 2 full years from date of purchase. A replacement for any defective material or installation labor will be supplied free of charge. Defects or damages caused by the use of this material for other than the original intention are not covered by this warranty. This warranty shall be effective from the date of purchase as shown on the original invoice.

This warranty is valid for the original consumer purchaser only and excludes product use in residential flooring applications, industrial, commercial, or business use of the cultured marble. This warranty excludes damage due to installation (IF INSTALLED BY OTHER THAN A CMC EMPLOYEE), and damage caused by product misuse, if performed by a contractor/subcontractor, service company, or entity other than CMC. CMC will not be responsible for labor charges and/or damage incurred in installation, repair, or replacement nor for incidental consequential damage if not installed by Cultured Marble Customs
